this is most likely the photo of a man named Craig Brittain living in Colorado, BUT, there’s no solid proof he is the owner of IsAnybodydown.com, since the asshole who actually owns it can easily have used an innocent man’s name and address to register a domain name (but given what’s happened, how smart do you think he is?)
